Terms of Use
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms cover your use of Mile Zero: T-Break Tracker (“Mile Zero”, “the app”), made by Rostyslav Urdeichuk, an individual developer in Ukraine (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Adults only
Mile Zero is for adults 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
Not medical advice
Mile Zero is a timer and a travel journal. It is not a medical product and doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It makes no promises about your health, tolerance or withdrawal. If you have concerns about your cannabis use or your health, talk to a doctor or a qualified professional. Mile Zero doesn’t sell, promote or facilitate cannabis use.
Free trip and Express Lane
Your first trip on Blue Ridge Parkway is free, one time. Every trip after it needs Express Lane, an auto-renewing subscription: $29.99 per year with a 7-day free trial, or $5.99 per month with a 3-day free trial (US prices; prices in other countries are shown by the store before you buy).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.
- A free trial is available once per store account. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we can’t issue them directly.
If a free trial ends without payment, a trip on a premium route is paused: your stamps and progress stay, and new postcards unlock again when you subscribe. If a paid subscription ends, a trip already on the road can still reach its finish, but new trips need Express Lane again.
Your data
Your trip stays on your phone and in your own backup. See the Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for keeping your phone and its backup available; we can’t restore data we never received.
License and content
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. Route texts, postcards, illustrations and the Mile Zero name and design belong to us. Please don’t copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app. Cards you share from the app may be posted on social media for personal, non-commercial use.
Places, stories and detour ideas are for inspiration. Check opening hours, safety and local rules yourself before you go anywhere.
Changes and availability
We may update the app, add or retire routes, or change these terms. If the terms change in an important way, we’ll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Express Lane in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules where you live.
